We are exclusively recruiting for this Sales Development Representative working for a fast growing global software company. 

Company snapshot:
  • Software company that is part of a larger group (global PLC).

The role:
  • Converting and nurturing warm inbound leads using a consultative approach.
  • Managing the onboarding process of new clients.
  • Providing great customer service, efficiently resolving customer queries and issues. 
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, translating their needs into solutions. 
  • Consistently meeting discussed sales targets.
  • Using the CRM system to complete admin related tasks and manage records.
About you:
  • Previous sales experience in a technology-based role i.e. IT services, software, digital etc.
  • Articulate both on spoken and written communication levels.
  • Outgoing and energetic character. 
  • Proficient in using full Microsoft 365 package.

  • Circa £25,000 basic salary | £30,000 OTE.

This Sales Development Representative role is home-based with regular visits to London so would suit candidates based in Cambridge, Essex, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northampton, Suffolk, Norfolk and surrounding areas.
