The role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, helping to manage, analyse and grow the pipeline
- Create first class sale plans to effectively reach and cover all accounts within the territory
- Creatively acquire new ways of establishing new accounts and markets by managing several opportunities at one time
- Exceeding annual sales targets by creating strategies around outbound lead generation through successful campaigns
- Collaborate and become a resource for other team members, working closely with the marketing and business development team
About you:
- Can speak French or German
- A proven track record of exceeding growth within a B2B SaaS company
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Able to demonstrate you are a strong Sales Manager who possess a strong work ethic and who is highly motivated
The package:
- Basic salary circa £85,000+
- 40% bonus | OTE £170,000+
