The role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, helping to manage, analyse and grow the pipeline
  • Create first class sale plans to effectively reach and cover all accounts within the territory
  • Creatively acquire new ways of establishing new accounts and markets by managing several opportunities at one time
  • Exceeding annual sales targets by creating strategies around outbound lead generation through successful campaigns
  • Collaborate and become a resource for other team members, working closely with the marketing and business development team

About you:

  • Can speak French or German
  • A proven track record of exceeding growth within a B2B SaaS company
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Able to demonstrate you are a strong Sales Manager who possess a strong work ethic and who is highly motivated

The package:

  • Basic salary circa £85,000+
  • 40% bonus | OTE £170,000+
