Sales Manager

The role:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • The first salesperson on the ground for an exciting scale up

  • Grow existing accounts whilst winning new business

  • Working closing with the Directors, to set sales strategy, recruitment plans etc.

  • Report sales analysis on owned leads whether won or lost

  • Managing the handover process from Operations and Sales ensuring client expectations are met

About you:

  • Educated to a degree level or higher - ideally in a Scientific or Engineering subject

  • Experience selling an engineering or science based software

  • Previous management/coaching/Team Lead experience

  • Sales experience within pipeline solutions is advantageous
