The role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for.. 
  • Leading Enterprise AEs from the front, rolling your sleeves up and supporting the team with large and complex deals.
  • Establishing stretching but achievable KPIs and targets for the team and working closely with them to achieve them.
  • Implementing proven and established methodologies and processes to maximise sales performance and success.
  • Leveraging all data / reports and analysing trends to offer insight, areas for improvement and and best practice to the team.
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders and internal departments during the presales and post-sales process.
  • Acting as a trusted leader and company advocate to motivate, inspire and encourage the team to smash their numbers.
About you:
  • Previous track record as an individual contributor, closing enterprise deals.
  • Background in fast-paced SaaS start-up/scale-up environments.
  • Experience managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives to hit target.
The package:
  • Circa £80,000 
  • OTE £150,000+
  • Fully remote working
